Curtis got in late, so you can skip ahead if you don’t need my long introduction, but man…. once he got in, we had a HOOT. This legend has more stories of iconic experiences than pretty much anyone you’ll meet. And this is just Part 1! Stay tuned for Part 2…
A native of Toronto Canada, Juno Award winner Suzie McNeil was born into a musical family. She was practically raised singing with her mother and sister, learning to collaborate from a very early age.
Suzie is a musical Jack-of-all-trades. These have ranged from live shows beside some of North America’s top artists, to becoming a multi-instrumentalist in her own Nashville based country / rock band, to consummate professionalism in the studio, to Broadway level musical theatre, to commercial jingles, to performing in front of crowds of up to 200,000 people.

The inimitable radio personality Porkchop (Noah) and I have some interesting parallels, and together, I think we can solve the developing crises in America. Beyond that, exchanging stories of ridiculous experiences and an appreciation of abstract expressionists (of which Noah is one) are all fair game.
New music, new stories and new outlook by the remarkable band you fell in love with in the 80s. Cutting Crew’s Nick Van Eede, Gareth Moulton and Josh Thompson return to All Access Live to share some light with you.

Men Without Hats formed in 1977 amid the Montreal punk scene. They became pioneers of electro-pop in Canada after adopting a New Wave sound that made extensive use of keyboard and drum synthesizers. Their sound is characterized by infectiously simple melodies, socially and politically idealistic lyrics, and the distinctive baritone voice of lead singer, principle songwriter and chief member Ivan Doroschuk. Ivan’s in the studio recording new material, and will take some time to join us for an update on Men Without Hats!
One of Portland‘s most loved personalities, Bill Prescott had been atop the airwaves in rock radio for decades. To be in a position like that, one needs character, and MAN, does this guy have that! All one needs to know is the band he championed (“Choad”) and it’ll scratch the surface of the demented and hilarious mind of Prescott.
Aaron is most known as the bassist for Y&T and the Frank Hannon Band (Tesla’s guitarist). But he’s also jammed with some of the top names in rock—from Steve Vai, Jani Lane, and Mike Tramp, to Gary Hoey, Joel Hoekstra, Brad Gillis, and many more.
Not only is Aaron an accomplished musician, but he is also a noted studio engineer and producer. We rap about all of that and more!
