SUMMARY:CANADA’S RADIO MUSICAL VOICE ALAN CROSS JOINS ALL ACCESS LIVE
DESCRIPTION:  \n\nMy obsession with music began at age six when my grandmother gave me a transistor radio—an old Lloyds—which spawned an all-consuming fascination with things that came over airwaves.  A few years later\, my uncle—who moonlighted by servicing jukeboxes—kick-started my record collection by dumping a box of old 7-inch singles on me one Sunday afternoon.  I was hooked. \nIn October 1980\, I got my start at CKUW at the University of Winnipeg\, which\, at the time\, was a closed-circuit station.  Our broadcast range was limited to one hallway and one cafeteria. \nAfter graduating I ended up at CJRL in Kenora\, a 1\,000 watt AM station that broadcast to the people and wildlife of Northwestern Ontario.  From there\, it was on to KX-96/Brandon and Q94-FM/Winnipeg before I ended up at CFNY (renamed The Edge) in October 1986.  I’d first heard about the place through Rush’s “The Spirit of Radio” when I was still in high school and remember thinking to myself “Wouldn’t it be cool to work there one day?” \n  \nAfter fifteen years as a CFNY/Edge in a variety of announcer gigs\, I moved to program director at Y95 in Hamilton\, overseeing\, in part\, a frequency change that made the station Y108. \nIn 2004\, I started a four-year stint as the station’s Program Director (where I was somehow named Canada’s PD of the year in 2005\, 2006\, and 2008)\, my latent geekiness once again came to the fore and I became Senior Program Director for Corus Interactive\, the online arm of Corus Radio. My last project with Corus was as Head Curator of ExploreMusic\, a truly unique online and on-air feature dedicated to music discovery. \nOh\, and that radio show.  The Ongoing History of New Music debuted in February 1993 and since then it’s…well\, it’s taken on a life of its own. There have been over 720 one-hour episodes making it (I think) the longest-running music documentary in Canada and one of the longest in North America—if not the world! \n  \nWhen that (temporarily) ended\, I started a new show called The Secret History of Rockwhich ran for 100 two-hour episodes on stations across the country. (I own the rights to all those shows. I’m hanging on to those in hopes I can syndicate them globally. Anyone interested?) \nAfter leaving The Edge/Corus in June 2011\, I spent a couple of years working with various broadcasters:  Astral/Bell\, Jazz-FM\, Pattison\, and NewCap.  Then I hooked up with Central Ontario Broadcasting\, the Barrie\, Ontario-based company that owns Indie 88 in Toronto.  I was part of the team that launched the station and became the voice of Indie for a year. \nOn August 1\, 2014\, I moved back to Corus as a sort of consultant/strategist–and The Ongoing History was revived as of September 1 of that year. \n  \nThen\, on March 1\, 2015\, I co-founded the Music Technology Group and Event series with Andrew Dick and Nathalia Ribeiro. The group is for anyone who is interested in connecting with veterans in the Music and Technology industries and those who simply love music and want to learn more about how technology has shaped the way we consume\, create\, and monetize music. The Music Technology events take place in Toronto\, every 4-5 weeks. The group is free to join and the events are free to attend. \nI had a weekly national newspaper column in the Metro commuter paper (since gone bust)\, four published reference works on alt-rock\, and four audiobooks under the banner of The Alan Cross Guide to Alternative Rock. Those books are also available chapter-by-chapter through iTunes. Just search for my name under “audiobooks.” Oh\, and there’s a children’s book called The Science of Song. These days\, I write a weekly column for GlobalNews.ca. \nIn January 2015\, I co-founded Major League Mixes\, a company that assists sports teams in getting their music mix right for their games. Our first client was a good one: The Toronto Maple Leafs. Learn more about Major League Mixes and all that we do here. Too bad that thing folded due to circumstances beyond our control. \n  \nWhat else?  I was a script editor for the documentary Who the F@#k is Arthur Fogel. There was ExploreMusic-TV on Bite-TV and Aux.  The inflight audio programming I did for Air Canada for years. The consulting. Working for the now-defunct Songza (I was disgarded when it was bought by Google). The various TV appearances.  The official biographies I wrote for rock bands.  Appearances in dozens of documentaries.  The magazine articles. The narrations.  The voicework\, The consulting. The speaking gigs and lecture series. The Science of Rock’n’Roll travelling museum exhibit. The traveling to music festivals and conferences around the world (not to mention other places for pleasure and sheer curiosity). And did I mention that I hosted Reach for the Top for one season? \nJeezus\, no wonder we don’t have kids. \nOh… I almost forgot check out my Audiobooks and new children’s book on Amazon!

SUMMARY:FOURONESIX on ALL ACCESS LIVE WITH KEVIN RANKIN
DESCRIPTION:If the name hasn’t given it away\, they call Toronto their home. A musical duo featuring singer/songwriter Brent Lunney and percussionist Dan Todd (formerly of Platinum Blonde). Inspired by the melodic hooks of the 80’s their songs are instant singalongs highlighted by authentic experiences often delivered tongue in cheek. \nBy keeping their live shows simple and direct with their rock/pop acoustic energy and rich harmonies\, they make every room feel like it’s your backyard with a group of family and friends. It’s all about creating an intimate atmosphere while crafting a feel good spirit that brings everyone a little closer together. \nFourOneSix was one of the featured artists on the Spoons tribute album Echoes (2021) along with appearances by Gowan\, Alan Frew (Glass Tiger)\, Jean-Mark Pisapia (The Box)\, Strange Advance among others. Since 2023 they have been playing sold out shows with such artists as Glass Tiger\, XTC\, Saga\, Midge Ure\, Modern English\, Streetheart\, Art of Noise and The Spoons. In September 2024 they toured with Strange Advance\, The Box and Images in Vogue and were one of the acts featured at the 8th annual McBowl Concert Series in May 2025 in Mississauga\, ON. \nFourOneSix is a hybrid of genres and influences; a musical recipe of sorts. A dash of singer-songwriter\, a pinch of folk\, a sliver of psychedelia\, a sprinkle of new wave\, all blended with generous portions of well-crafted pop. \nFourOneSix began as an unrealized concept by singer/songwriter Brent Lunney\, former member of the award winning rock band The Apollo Effect. For Brent\, the intent of his latest musical endeavour was to grow it slowly\, naturally\, organically; a complete 180 from his days in The Apollo Effect . Jams began to happen with new friends\, old friends\, former bandmates and complete strangers. When something special began to happen Brent called upon friend and producer Michael Borkosky (Alannah Myles\, Sass Jordan\, Ill Scarlett\, Saga. Rough Trade) to work on new material and that’s when the songs began to flourish.

SUMMARY:PIANO VIRTUOSO MIKE PRIGODICH JOINS ALL ACCESS LIVE
DESCRIPTION:Mike Prigodich is a trailblazing jazz fusion pianist\, composer\, and bandleader whose music defies genre boundaries and embraces complexity with unflinching clarity. Based in Oregon\, Prigodich draws inspiration from artists like Chick Corea\, Dave Grusin\, Yellowjackets\, and others\, but his sound is unmistakably his own—melding jazz with Latin\, rock\, and global influences to create emotionally rich\, rhythmically daring compositions. \nPrigodich made his mark with the release of his acclaimed 2011 debut album\, A Stitch in Time\, featuring an all-star lineup including Damian Erskine\, Reinhardt Melz\, and John Nastos. Funded through a successful Kickstarter campaign following a life-altering cancer diagnosis in 2008\, the album was both a personal and artistic milestone. His story—of transformation through adversity—has become part of the music’s emotional DNA. \nIn 2025\, Prigodich returned with Stage Magic\, a stunning live album recorded at Classic Pianos in Portland. Capturing the unfiltered energy and synergy of his ensemble\, the album showcases Prigodich’s signature compositional style: odd time signatures\, intricate harmonies\, and melodies that are as memorable as they are complex. Stage Magic is a masterclass in 21st-century jazz fusion – “a sonic journey brimming with inventive melodies\, rhythmic complexity\, and a deep sense of play.” (Jazz Chill Music) \nHis work has earned high praise from jazz luminaries. Chick Corea called his music “wonderful\, beautiful\, really great\,” and George Whitty (Brecker Brothers) described his debut album as “one of those discs you want to hear again as soon as it’s finished.” \nAt once cerebral and soulful\, Mike Prigodich’s music offers more than virtuosity—it offers vision. As a composer and performer\, he continues to shape the future of jazz fusion with fearless creativity\, technical brilliance\, and an unwavering commitment to authenticity.

SUMMARY:HELIX'S BRIAN VOLLMER ROCKS ALL ACCESS LIVE!
DESCRIPTION:Helix was formed in 1974 in Kitchener\, Ontario\, Canada. In 1976\, the twin-guitar attack of Brent “The Doctor” Doerner and Paul Hackman joined the band\, helping shape the group’s signature sound. After releasing two independent albums\, Helix signed with Capitol Records\, launching their major-label career with No Rest for the Wicked (1983)\, featuring the breakout hit “Heavy Metal Love.” The band gained further international success with Walkin’ the Razor’s Edge (1984)\, driven by their iconic anthem “Rock You\,” which received major MTV airplay along with a controversial X-rated version of the video. \nThroughout the 1980s\, Helix continued to release acclaimed albums and tour worldwide\, sharing stages with KISS\, Alice Cooper\, Motorhead and Ian Gillan. Despite the tragic loss of guitarist Paul Hackman in 1992\, Brian Vollmer carried the Helix torch forward\, working with various top-tier musicians\, including members of Brighton Rock\, Killer Dwarfs\, Harem Scarem\, and Crash Kelly. \nHelix’s legacy was further cemented in 2003 when they were humorously featured in an episode of the Trailer Park Boys television show sparking renewed interest in their music. In 2005\, Vollmer released the book Gimme An R!\, documenting his life on the road and in the studio. In 2010\, Vollmer released Smash Hits…Unplugged\, an acoustic re-imagining of Helix classics\, some of which are now featured on this latest compilation. \nToday\, Helix continues to tour and record\, with Helix : 50 – The Best Of serving as a monument to their enduring legacy. \nSEE THEM LIVE!\nThe band will celebrate the release Helix : 50 – The Best Of with a special unplugged concert. Wednesday\, May 21\, as part of the McBowl Concert Series\, an annual charity event in Mississauga\, ON\, Canada. Brian Vollmer and Daryl Gray will be joined by former Helix guitarist Sean Kelly\, who will also host a retrospective discussion on the band’s history. Before the performance\, Vollmer will launch Helix : 50 – The Best Of via a live-stream event\, sharing stories from the band’s iconic career hosted by Jimmy Jay of The Metal Voice. \n\nFor McBowl Concert Series tickets: www.classicbowl.com/concerts/mcbowl

SUMMARY:CALEB SPIEGEL
DESCRIPTION:Caleb Spiegel (he/they) is a father\, a husband\, a son\, a friend\, a public elementary school teacher\, a creator\, a brother\, an activist\, a writer\, and an explorer. He spent 20 years playing music professionally before earning a magna cum laude Bachelor’s degree in history from Lewis and Clark at the age of 37. Right before the whole world shut down due to covid Caleb enrolled in a Masters in Teaching program at Pacific University which he completed in a coat closet turned into an office while teaching kindergarten online and helping to guide his child through online elementary school. He is quite happy to have those 18 months behind him. \nIn 2024 Caleb was nominated for an Oregon Department of Education Teacher of the Year Award. He did not win and that’s okay. \nCaleb enjoys building community. He likes cooking\, making music\, and laughing until he cries\, all with people he loves. Caleb also likes to spend his money on stuff his friends make. He is lucky to have many very talented friends. \nWhen it is warm Caleb likes to hike and look at beautiful things. When it is cold he likes to plan for hikes when it gets warm again. His phone is filled with pictures of his kid and too many pictures of the sky in the morning when the orange coming out of the east starts to mix with the darkness overhead.  \nCaleb’s nightstand has a giant pile of books on it. So does his dresser. He probably won’t get to them all\, yet he keeps bringing home more of them. Maybe one day he will write one of his own.

SUMMARY:ALL ACCESS LIVE WITH MARINA V
DESCRIPTION:Award-winning singer/songwriter Marina V unveils her electrifying new single\, “Symphony & Metal”\, a powerful anthem blending orchestral grandeur and metal intensity. The track features an all-star lineup\, including guitarist Bruce Kulick (KISS)\, bassist David Ellefson (Megadeth)\, and renowned composer Steve Horner (known for Bridgerton)\, with Marina’s husband and co-writer Nick Baker on drums. \nA NOTE FROM MARINA:\nI am beyond excited to release SYMPHONY & METAL! It is an honor to have incredible musicians and long-time friends on the recording\, all of whom brought my vision to life. Thank you Steve\, Bruce\, David & Nick! \nI feel that this song is a reflection of the timeless battle between our inner light and darkness\, a message of resilience\, and a call to never give up. \nWe are fragile\, vulnerable\, and beautiful (symphony) yet extremely adaptable\, strong\, and tough (metal). This duality resonates deeply with me\, especially after experiencing life’s extremes in recent years—becoming a mom\, losing my dad during the pandemic\, and enduring the devastating effects of the war on my family in Russia and Ukraine. The lyric\, ‘It doesn’t matter how many times you get knocked down\, it only matters if you get back up\,’ has been my daily mantra. \nWhen recording ‘Symphony & Metal’\, I knew we needed serious bombast and musical wizardry for the epic sound of the song. My co-writer/husband/drummer and I were fortunate to enlist long-time friends and extraordinary musicians: legendary guitarist Bruce Kulick (KISS)\, GRAMMY-winning bassist David Ellefson (MEGADETH)\, and award-winning composer Steve Horner (known for his string arrangements on Bridgerton\, etc).” \nDavid Ellefson shares: “I’ve known Marina V now for many years\, as she was one of my clients when I ran Artist Relations for Peavey 2003-2010. She has written a fantastic song here and I’m proud to be a part of it with my buddy Bruce Kulick. The lyrics really describe the delicate balance of an artist’s life in music.” \nBruce Kulick adds\, “Marina V and her husband Nick are talented and wonderful people. After listening to the song\, I immediately knew what my guitar parts should be. I spent a year recording the KISS LP Revenge with Bob Ezrin and I am a huge fan of his work. I imagined he was guiding me with my guitar parts. Marina loved the approach as it gave the song another powerful dimension.”

SUMMARY:ALL ACCESS LIVE WITH ROD MORGENSTEIN
DESCRIPTION:od’s professional music career began as a founding member of the groundbreaking group the Dixie Dregs when\, as a student at the University of Miami in Florida\, he met Steve Morse\, Andy West and Allen Sloan. The university was a hotbed of musical activity during this period\, playing host to brilliant future talents like Pat Metheny\, Jaco Pastorius\, Danny Gottlieb\, T Lavitz and Bruce Hornsby. Playing under the official Studio Music and Jazz curriculum title of Rock Ensemble II\, the Dregs honed their fusionesque chops. It was here that the band recorded its classic Great Spectacular album now available on CD.\nThe Dixie Dregs’ music combines rock\, jazz\, bluegrass\, folk and classical influences into a rich\, ever-changing tapestry of sound. All the while\, Rod’s drumming weaves its way seamlessly and colorfully through this swirling musical landscape. \nHis unique\, dynamic and musical drumming style has led to Rod’s winning the Best Progressive Rock Drummer award in Modern Drummer Magazine’s Reader’s Poll 5 years in a row (1986-1990) and Best All-Around Drummer (1999)\, earning him a permanent position in the magazine’s prestigious Honor Roll. The Dixie Dregs\, whose last 6 recordings have each received Grammy nominations for Best Rock Instrumental Performance\, are best described in the following Philadelphia Inquirer concert review\, “The Dregs have their own unique language and style familiar to bluegrass and country music\, refined with classical finesse and delivered with high-powered technology and rock energy. The band is possibly the most important\, and certainly the most technically advanced\, instrumental group in progressive fusion.” \nWhen the group temporarily disbanded in 1983\, Rod joined forces with Steve Morse who\, along with bassist Jerry Peek\, formed the Steve Morse Band. Rod remembers\, “One of our biggest breaks came when we had the opportunity to tour for 3 months with Rush on their 1985-1986 Power Windows tour. I felt a surge of popularity\, both as a band and as a drummer\, as a result of performing night after night in sold out arenas packed with appreciative progressive-rock fans. And it was more than obvious that many of them were drummers.” \nThe Steve Morse Band recorded two albums\, at which point Rod found himself at a crossroad in his career\, as Steve Morse joined the reforming group Kansas. “I was ready for a musical change and to try something both new and challenging.” \nWithin a year of moving to New York City in 1986 after living in and around Atlanta\, Georgia\, for the previous 11 years\, Rod met Kip Winger and Reb Beach\, namesake and lead guitarist of the as-of-then-non-existent band Winger. “Kip and Reb had been writing and recording demos and forever being rejected by record labels. I met them at a point in their lives where they were completely driven to get signed. Nothing could shake their determination. We got together and jammed\, hit it off\, and two months later they called to say they got a deal and to see if I’d be interested in doing the record.” \nThe rest is history! Their self-titled debut album in 1988 sold over two million copies worldwide\, earning the band a platinum album in the U.S. and gold albums in Japan and Canada. It also led to an American Music Award nomination for Best New Heavy Metal Band. This album was followed by In the Heart of the Young and\, once again\, platinum and gold awards were in the offing\, coupled with non-stop international touring. \nThe band ceased activities in 1993 after touring for the highly acclaimed Pull recording\, as dramatic changes were taking place in the music scene. Alternative music had replaced metal as the accepted music of the day. \nIn 2002\, WInger reunited for a summer tour with Poison\, CInderella and Faster Pussycat in support of ‘The Very Best of Winger’\, a greatest hits collection. And in 2006\, the band released the critically acclaimed\, ‘Winger IV’\, followed by tours in Europe\, US\, Japan and Australia. \nIn 1993\, when Winger temporarily disbanded\, Kip Winger set out to record his first solo album\, This Conversation Seems Like Dream (1997)\, a dramatic departure from the first three Winger recordings\, drawing heavily on world percussive rhythms\, dark imagery and heavy grooves. Rod recorded the drum tracks for this album and the more recent Songs From The Ocean Floor (2001) at Kip’s home studio in Santa Fe\, New Mexico. \n1997 also saw the self-titled debut release by the Rudess/Morgenstein Project\, an instrumental progressive power-duo\, featuring Rod and Dream Theater keyboardist extraordinaire Jordan Rudess. The seed for this project was planted one evening on the Dixie Dregs 1994 Full Circle tour in Fort Lauderdale\, Florida\, when a sudden power failure shut down the guitar\, bass and violin rigs. For whatever reason\, the keyboards remained unaffected. And what followed was a blistering\, 10 minute drum/keyboard power-duo jam\, which brought down the house. It was that evening’s events\, which inspired Rod and Jordan to form their “small in numbers yet mighty in sound” band. The Rudess Morgenstein Project has played concerts in the US\, Costa Rica\, Venezuela\, Mexico\, Germany\, Holland and the UK. Additionally\, Rod recorded the drum tracks for Jordan’s solo cds\, ‘ Rhythm of Time’ and ‘The Road Home’. \nOther on-going projects that Rod is involved with are jam band Jazz Is Dead which features creative improvisations of the music by the Grateful Dead. Members of JID have included T Lavitz\, Alphonso Johnson\, Jeff Sipe\, Billy Cobham\, Jeff Pevar\, Dave Livolsi\, and Jimmy Herring\, with an ever-changing line up. Another project is Platypus\, whose two recordings feature John Myung (Dream Theater)\, Ty Tabor (King’s X) and Derek Sherinian (Planet X). The music is a mix of instrumental and vocal tunes that blend many different styles together. An offshoot of Platypus is The Jelly Jam\, a power trio featuring Rod\, Ty Tabor and John Myung. Their debut release came out in 2001\, and The Jelly Jam\, ‘2’ was released in 2004 \nIn addition to his recording and touring credits\, Rod is very active in drum education. He is currently a Professor of Percussion at Berklee College of Music in Boston\, Mass. Also\, his highly recognized instructional materials include videos\, audio cassettes and books. His most recent offering is Drum Set Warm-Ups\, touted as the definitive text for developing and improving all aspects of drum set playing. Additionally\, Rod has been a columnist for Modern Drummer Magazine (U.S.)\, Rhythm Magazine (UK)\, Sticks Magazine (Germany) and is an international clinician and involved with product development for Sabian Cymbals (Signature Tri-Top Ride)\, and Vic Firth Sticks (Signature Sticks and Isolation Headphones)\, with whom he has been an endorser for many\, many years. \nRod can be summed up in the following passage from a cover story in Modern Drummer Magazine: “You can see it in his face; Rod Morgenstein loves what he does for a living. Get him talking about drums and you’ll see those eyes start to crinkle as a warm\, sincere smile spreads over his face. Get him behind a set of drums\, and the same enthusiasm is evident in the way that he tears into the kit as though he’s been waiting for weeks to get at it. That’s not to imply that his playing is uncontrolled\, because he is definitely in charge of everything that is happening on the drum set. It’s just to say that you never get the sense that Morgenstein has lost any of the initial excitement about the drums that makes people become drummers to begin with.”

SUMMARY:ALL ACCESS LIVE with KIP WINGER
DESCRIPTION:“Kip Winger is one of the best writers of the past three decades. The quality never dips. From his own solo stuff through to the Winger hits.” – Classic Rock Magazine \nWhile Kip Winger has arrived at the highest level of achievement possible for an orchestral composer\, his professional journey has been utterly unpredictable and remarkable for its diverse musical path. \nEarly in his career\, Kip toured as a bass player with rock legend Alice Cooper\, moving on to perform and record with Alan Parsons (as the lead singer for Alan Parsons’ Live Project)\, Roger Daltrey\, Bob Dylan\, and Twisted Sister. In 2012\, London’s Classic Rock Magazine called Kip Winger “one of the most gifted composers and arrangers in the rock genre” and praised his “compulsion to experiment”. \nAfter establishing his hugely successful\, eponymous band — which sold millions of albums and charted six Top‐40 radio singles — Kip started writing and producing music without limits. “It was incredibly freeing to connect to music without any preconceived ideas about what it needed to be or what niche it needed to fill”. It is in Kip’s solo work (This Conversation seems like a Dream\, Songs from the Ocean Floor\, From the Moon to the Sun) that he has been able to exercise the breadth of his talents as a composer. \nKip always knew he had to turn his attention back to his first loves: classical music and ballet. He studied composition with Richard Danielpour\, Michael Kurek and Richard Hermann. Since then\, his works have been commissioned and performed by the Nashville Symphony Orchestra\, the Colorado Symphony Orchestra\, the Sun River Music Festival in Oregon\, the Tucson Symphony Orchestra\, and the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra in Greece. Teacher Michael Kurek has publicly praised Kip for “his great ear and innate musical sensitivity… beautifully crafted phrases and nuance”. \nKip Winger’s score for the ballet Ghosts\, written for string orchestra\, piano and harp\, is one of the most celebrated contemporary ballet scores in performance today. Championed by the world‐renowned and Tony‐award‐winning choreographer Christopher Wheeldon\, Ghosts was part of the San Francisco Ballet’s repertoire from 2010 to 2014\, with performances at Manhattan’s Lincoln Center\, London’s Sadler’s Wells\, and the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris. In 2010\, Ghosts was nominated for the Isadora Duncan Dance Award for Outstanding Achievement in Music/Sound/Text. Ballet Austin and the Austin Symphony Orchestra included ‘Ghosts’ as part of their Valentine’s Day weekend performance in 2020\, alongside Stravinsky’s Rubies by Balanchine. \nIn 2016\, Kip recorded Winger: Conversations with Nijinsky with the San Francisco Ballet Orchestra. The album\, which included music from Ghosts\, reached #1 on Billboard’s Traditional Classical Chart and was nominated for a Grammy in 2017 for Best Contemporary Classical Composition. Tamara Nijinsky said at the opening performance of Conversations with Nijinsky\, “Kip Winger has captured my father’s heart and soul… and reminds us of my father’s genius with his own work”. \nHis band\, Winger\, continues to record and tour and their 2014 album Better Days Comin’ entered at #4 on Billboard’s Hard Rock Albums Chart and at #85 on Billboard’s Top 200. Winger’s 7th album Seven\, released on May 5\, 2023\, entered at #21 on Billboard’s Top Current Album Sales. To support the new album\, Winger has been touring the US\, Japan and Europe. \nKip Winger also made his theatrical composing debut with Get Jack\, A Musical Thriller\, which is currently on development stage and was presented in concert in New York in October 2019. The album entered at #7 on Billboard’s Cast Albums. \nKip has forged an ongoing relationship with the Nashville Symphony\, his hometown orchestra since settling in Music City in 2002. The ensemble’s music director Giancarlo Guerrero persuaded Winger to write his first symphony\, Atonement\, which the Nashville Symphony premiered in March 2022. His newly commissioned violin concerto will premiere in May 2025 and shortly after\, the Nashville Symphony will release a CD of these two pieces on Naxos.
